Her artistic journey began alongside her husband, Ian Foley, as she embarked on an apprenticeship and joined the renowned Foley Ink’d in January 2021. Since then, Hope has blossomed into a versatile artist, channeling divine inspiration into her creations. With each stroke of the needle, she feels the presence of God, infusing her designs with love, grace, and spirituality.

Floral motifs hold a special place in Hope's heart, serving as her preferred canvas for expression. Whether vibrant and colorful or subtle in black and gray, her floral designs breathe life into the skin, embodying beauty and resilience. A signature touch of Hope's artistry is the use of white ink, adding an ethereal dimension to her work. But her talent extends beyond florals; she thrives in traditional and Neo-traditional styles, mastering techniques like fine line, stippling, and captivating lettering. Specializing in black and gray, she excels in color saturation and cover-ups, transforming skin into a living tapestry of stories and memories.

Certified as a Skin Motion Tattoo Artist, Hope embraces the power of tattoos as a medium for storytelling and remembrance. Yet, she respects that tattoos are a personal choice, never imposing her beliefs on others. Family lies at the heart of Hope's world, with her husband Ian by her side and their four adult children—Jackson, Calista, Olivia, and Aiden Polk—inspiring her every step of the way. In a beautiful twist of fate, her daughter, Calista, has joined her at Foley Ink’d, continuing the family legacy of artistry and faith.
